Teresa Leann Garcia

Teresa Leann Graves (Grimes)-Garcia 52, passed away January 22, 2025 in Duncan, Oklahoma from a lengthy illness.  She was born September 21, 1972 in Marlow, Oklahoma.  She was raised in Casper, Wyoming until 1989 when her family moved to Deming, NM.  She had 2 children, Samantha Grimes and Michael Addison Graves.  Teresa was preceded in death by her father George Graves, her infant son Michael, and her sister Jami Georgetta Graves-Sera.  Teresa will always be known  for her humor and bringing a smile to everyone.  She truly loved her family and friends.  She leaves behind a daughter, Samantha Grimes of Deming, NM, her mother Nancy and step father Mark Willcox of Duncan, 2 sisters, Amy Marie Graves of Duncan and Barbra Joline Graves-Grimes of Mexico and many nieces and nephews.  Also her loving dog, "Maya".  Teresa started finding great comfort from the Holy Bible and hopes her friends and family get comfort from it too.
