Phalen Shana Morgan

Phalen Shana Morgan, born April 23, 1977, passed away peacefully on February 2, 2025. She was a mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend who touched the lives of many with her kindness, strength, and unwavering love for those she held dear.

Phalen is survived by her beloved children, Madeline Webber, Samuel Morgan, Dillon Morgan, and Mercy Webber. She also leaves behind her cherished sisters and step father, Heather Horn, Megan Baldwin (Kyle), Amanda Marquand (Justice), and Timothy Marquand all who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts.

Phalen was proceeded in death by her mother, Pamela Marquand, father, Arthur Webber along with several siblings and grandparents. May they rejoice in their newfound rekindling. 

She was a loving aunt to several nieces and nephews and a proud great-aunt to their children. Her love extended far beyond immediate family, as she shared unbreakable bonds with numerous cousins and friends who became family.

Phalen will be remembered for her generous spirit, her ability to bring warmth to any room, and the profound impact she had on all who knew her. Her laughter, wisdom, and love will be dearly missed but will live on in the hearts of those who were blessed to know her.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice in her name. Her love and legacy will endure, and though she is gone, she will never be forgotten.
