Leroy Cundiff Obituary

Leroy Clifford Cundiff 81, passed from this life May 30th 2026 Leroy was born in Rural Perkins,Ok on November 23, 1944, to Clifford and  Louise “Graham” Cundiff. He was raised on the family farm alongside his three siblings. After graduating from Coyle High School, he met his life partner , Paulette “Fagan” and together they welcomed their son, Timothy “TC” Cundiff. Who gave him two grandchildren Caitlin  and Tyree Cundiff

Leroy wore many hats throughout his life. He was a farmer, a car salesman, and worked for the Kubota dealership. But if you knew Leroy, you pictured a man in overalls, chewing on a cigar, always chasing a good deal. Whether it was tractors, mowers, vehicles, or even a herd of goats (which only stayed long enough to turn his Buick Riviera into a jungle gym) Leroy was always up to something.

He was a true tinkerer at heart. There was always a motor torn apart in the shop, something being rebuilt, or another mower Leroy was fixing after Paulette had “worked it over” that week.

For the last 30 years, Leroy had the best grandson he could have ever asked for. Ty was drug all over creation with him delivering equipment, working in the shop, or tagging along on whatever risky job Leroy had lined up that day. Ty never complained; he simply shook his head and went along with Leroy’s ideas, and by the end of the day they usually had another good story to tell.

In recent years, they gained a little sidekick in the shop and around the farm his great-granddaughter, Hazel. Whether feeding cows or playing in the shop, Hazel brought him so much joy. Leroy always made sure there was candy or a snack waiting for her at the house. The memories they shared together will be treasured forever.

Leroy was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford and Louise Cundiff; his son, Timothy “TC” Cundiff; and many beloved family members.

He is survived by his grand children Caitlyn Cundiff of Tulsa, OK, Tyree Cundiff (Cammi) of Perkins, and great-granddaughter, Hazel Cundiff.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped care for Leroy over the last few months. Your kindness, support, and love meant more than words can express.

Grave side service will take place  Friday June 12th 2026.  11:00am At Oak Grove cemetery 13998 S Redlands Rd Coyle, OK  73027
