Janis Aileen Miller

On Sunday, March 16, 2025, Janis Aileen Miller passed away peacefully at age 66.  Janis was born on May 1, 1958, in Dallas, TX to Joe and Aileen Cornelison Miller.  

Janis was preceded in death by her parents Joe and Aileen, son Jason Miller, sisters Angie Miller and Becky Vaughan.  She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Koloen and husband Scot, and three grandchildren, Preston, Kaylee, and Bryson, sister Susan Miller, brother James Miller and wife Pamela, brother Paul Miller, and brother-in-law Doug Vaughan as well as many nieces and nephews.

Janis lived her life the best she knew and cherished every visit with her grandchildren and friends.  While our hearts mourn the loss, we take comfort in knowing she is no longer suffering and rejoice knowing she has reunited with her mom, dad, sisters, and son Jason.

In honor of her wishes, Janis’s remains will be buried in the same plot atop her son at Bethany Cemetery, along with a small, private graveside prayer service.
